Mission Statement:

Access Community Services Inc. is a non profit organization committed to providing supports and services to people with developmental disabilities.  Access promotes full partnership, participation and opportunities for persons with disabilities in their communities.

Values:

1. Access believes in the dignity of persons with developmental disabilities and in their basic rights as citizens.
2. Access believes that every individual can exercise self determination in setting and working towards goals.
3. Access believes that the needs of persons with disabilities can be most effectively served through the Individual Support Plan consistent with these principles and values.
4. Access believes in the mutually beneficial, ongoing development of community partnerships and connections.
