We operate 8 residential group homes in the Cobourg and Port Hope area. We support over 40 individuals to achieve their maximum potential and best quality of life.
Every resident has an Individual Support Plan to ensure they can actively participate in the life of their residential home. We enjoy planning vocational, recreational and leisure events both with their home and in the community. Events include: dances, movies, volunteering, sporting events and parades.
